This Cancellation Policy outlines the rules for cancelling or rescheduling classes, sessions, and memberships.

1. Class Cancellation Policy

Members who have booked a class must cancel at least 12 hours before the scheduled class time.

If a cancellation is made within the allowed time:

  • The class credit will be returned to your account.
  • You may use the credit to book another session.

Late cancellations or missed classes may result in the loss of the class credit.

2. No-Show Policy

If a member fails to attend a scheduled class without cancelling in advance:

  • The session will be marked as a No-Show.
  • The class credit or session fee will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Repeated no-shows may result in temporary suspension of booking privileges.

3. Private Session Cancellation

For private training or personal pilates sessions, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.

If cancelled within the allowed time:

  • The session may be rescheduled.
  • No additional charges will apply.

Late cancellations may result in full session charges.

4. Membership Cancellation

Members who wish to cancel their gym or studio membership must submit a written cancellation request via email or in person.

Membership cancellation terms:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
  • Membership fees already paid are non-refundable.
  • Access to the studio will continue until the end of the current billing period.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are generally not provided for purchased memberships, class packages, or training sessions, except in the following circumstances:

  • Medical conditions supported by a doctor’s certificate
  • Relocation to another city
  • Studio closure or service interruption

Any approved refund will be processed within 7–14 business days.

6. Late Arrivals

Members who arrive more than 10 minutes late may not be permitted to join the class, as it can disrupt the session and affect safety.

In such cases, the class credit may be forfeited.

7. Studio Cancellation

In rare circumstances, The Reformer Studio may need to cancel a class due to:

  • Instructor unavailability
  • Technical issues
  • Low class attendance
  • Emergency situations

If a class is cancelled by the studio:

  • Members will be notified promptly.
  • The class credit will be restored or rescheduled.

8. Policy Changes

The studio reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Updated policies will be posted on the website and will take effect immediately.
